Reflexite, one of the world’s leading experts within retroreflective safety products – has recently been accredited the highest level of the sought after “Excellence through People” award, which is Ireland's national standard for human resource development. Reflexite receives the prize for it’s work in the company’s European central manufacturing facility, which is located in Waterford, Ireland.  

It is an accreditation welcomed and supported across Ireland by employers, employees, trade unions and government bodies, and it provides a recognized framework for organisations to enhance performance through the management and development of its people. The focus of the Standard and the award is to get organizations to look at their people as a key source of competitive advantage. And this is something which Reflexite is doing very successfully.

Reflexite has previously been accredited the award; in 2003 at standard level, and in 2007 the company took a step up to Gold level, reaching the top now in 2009 with the Platinum level. 
Since 2000, a total of 798 companies have achieved Excellence through People accreditation, however just a selected 24 of these companies currently hold the Platinum level.

The platinum level today includes prominent names, such as Pepsi Co., Xerox Europe, Johnson & Johnson and Heineken Ireland to name but a few. And as of today – Reflexite.
